Ice Syrup Gravlax

Take a fresh Salmon Filet, place in a heavy plastic resealable bag, add salt, pepper, fresh dill and Ice Syrup. Take air out of bag and seal, let sit in refrigerator for three days, slice thin and serve over fresh baguette or crackers, you can drizzle more Ice Syrup on each piece when serving. Excellent.
